Car Crash Maine Maine in Maine, Maine: A single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 9 and Route 193 in Township 22, Hancock County, Maine, on Thursday night killed a 5-year-old boy and injured his father and 10-month-old sister. Maine State Police said the children were not properly restrained, with the 5-year-old in the front passenger seat. A trooper found the boy in deteriorating condition shortly before 11:30 p.m., performed life-saving measures, but the child was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, 33-year-old Dion Campbell of Indiana, and the 10-month-old girl were taken to Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor; both are expected to survive.
