2 people shot near Lugar Towers apartments in downtown Indy…

Shooting Indianapolis Indiana in Indianapolis, Indiana: Two people were injured in a shooting in downtown Indianapolis early Thursday morning, just after 6 a.m. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to a report of a person shot between the Lugar Tower Apartments and Braxton apartments. When officers arrived, they found a woman shot outside, and shortly after investigators located a man shot inside the Lugar Tower Apartments. A person has been detained as officers investigate what led to the shooting, which police believe is an isolated incident.
