Hit And Run Rochester New York in Rochester, New York: Two people were killed in an overnight three-vehicle crash on Rochester's Inner Loop near Joseph Avenue, according to New York State Police. An SUV traveling into oncoming traffic struck a Ford head-on around 1:25 a.m. Friday, pushing the Ford into the path of a Jeep and causing a second collision. The 21-year-old driver of the Ford and his 21-year-old male passenger died at the scene; the 39-year-old SUV driver was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital in critical condition; and the Jeep driver was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
