Dui Crash Cicero Georgia in Cicero, Georgia: A 27-year-old woman drove onto Ogden Avenue in Cicero, Illinois, around 12:15 a.m. Thursday and was struck by an eastbound vehicle. Her passenger, Lesly Guevara, 25, of Cicero, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was transported in critical condition. The driver of the other vehicle, David Barajas, 23, of Cicero, allegedly showed signs of intoxication and is being held at the hospital on suspected DUI-related charges; his passenger Jonathan Hernandez, 20, of Cicero, was arrested for alleged obstruction.
