Woman charged in fatal West Fargo pedestrian crash

Pedestrian Hit West Fargo North Dakota in West Fargo, North Dakota: On May 6, 2026, at approximately 2:46 a.m., a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle near the intersection of 32nd Avenue South and 9th Street West in West Fargo, North Dakota. Jose Rodriguez, 38, was pronounced dead at the scene. Carly Vanessa Vizenor, 25, drove the white 2016 Ford Fusion to a home in the 3300 block of 8th Street West before returning to the scene and contacting emergency personnel approximately 10 minutes later. Vizenor was charged with duty in accident involving death or injury-death, a felony level B offense.
