Fall Injury New York City New York in New York City, New York: A 51-year-old Connecticut man, Paul Kueker, fell approximately 150 feet to his death during a Goose concert at Madison Square Garden on Saturday. Witnesses said he appeared intoxicated before tumbling over glass and into the seats below. He was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
