VSP no longer looking for driver of pickup truck in Swanton…

Pedestrian Hit Swanton Alabama in Swanton, Alabama: A man from Alburgh was struck by a vehicle on Cook Road in Swanton on the morning of June 16. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of serious but not life-threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle left the scene and is facing a charge of leaving the scene of an accident. Vermont State Police initially sought a pickup truck as a vehicle of interest but later said it was no longer being investigated as part of the case.
