Car Crash Orlando Florida in Orlando, Florida: On June 25, 2026, at approximately 1:51 a.m., Orlando police Officer Andrew McKuhen, driving a marked 2019 Ford Explorer, entered the intersection of Hoffner Avenue and Semoran Boulevard in Orlando. Street-camera video shows the police SUV's emergency lights turn on as it entered the intersection, then turn off moments before impact with a Jeep Patriot. The crash killed 92-year-old Milagros Ortiz, who was a passenger in the Jeep. The Orlando Police crash report found Officer McKuhen at fault, though prosecutors declined to file charges.
