Truck driver killed in fiery NJ Turnpike crash: NJSP
Car Crash New Jersey Today in New Jersey: A truck driver was killed early Thursday in a fiery crash on the New Jersey Turnpike that closed lanes for most of the morning commute. According to a preliminary investigation, two freightliners were stopped in the right lane and a third was stopped in the center lane in traffic when a fourth freightliner struck the rear of the trucks in both lanes. The impact triggered a fire that engulfed and spread to three of the trucks. The driver of the fourth truck died at the scene, and no other injuries were reported.
