Drowning Phoenix Arizona in Phoenix, Arizona: A one-year-old child was pulled from a backyard pool in Phoenix after a drowning call at 7:30 p.m. Family members were performing CPR when first responders arrived. The toddler was unconscious and not breathing, was taken to a hospital in extremely critical condition, and was pronounced dead. The Phoenix Police Department started an investigation.
