Shooting Nashville North Carolina in Nashville, North Carolina: Homicide Unit detectives are investigating a fatal shooting inside an apartment at 570 Church Street E near the Davidson/Williamson County line. A 24-year-old local man was killed after a struggle over a pistol with a 25-year-old male friend who lives in the apartment. The pistol went off during the struggle, fatally wounding the 24-year-old.
