Teen killed, three injured in Eastland County SUV rollover
Car Crash Texas Today in Texas: A 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe traveling eastbound on State Highway 6 in Eastland County, Texas, overturned at approximately 2:20 a.m. on June 25 when the driver failed to negotiate a curve while operating at an unsafe speed. A 15-year-old passenger from Eastland, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene. The 19-year-old driver, Maddox Gilliam of Cisco, suffered serious injuries and was transported to Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth, while two additional teenage passengers from Cisco were seriously injured and taken to Eastland Memorial Hospital. The crash occurred on a dry roadway with a posted speed limit of 75 mph under clear weather conditions.
