Dui Crash Lincolnton Arkansas in Lincolnton, Arkansas: On June 24, 2026, 41-year-old Timothy Michael Brittain allegedly forced a female into a vehicle near the Fatz Cafe on Highway 27 outside downtown Lincolnton, North Carolina. Lincolnton police officers already in the area located Brittain's vehicle and tried to pull him over, but he allegedly kept driving before stopping about three miles later at the Red Rabbit store.
