According to Souderton Police, officers were called to the parking lot of Old Indian Valley Inn on June 6, 2025, where they found the victim bleeding heavily from a head wound and a fractured nose. The victim told police he had been sucker-punched by Wireman following a verbal argument that began inside the bar; the blow caused the victim to fall backward and hit his head on the pavement, resulting in a laceration requiring five staples and a confirmed nasal fracture. Surveillance footage corroborated the account, and Wireman turned himself in to police on June 6, 2025, admitting to striking the victim.
