Pedestrian Hit San Antonio Texas in San Antonio, Texas: A 60-year-old man was struck by a vehicle and killed while walking along an East Side access road in San Antonio on Wednesday night, according to San Antonio police. Officers responded to the 500 block of the East Loop 410 access road near Tex-Con Road just after 9:30 p.m. and found the man with multiple injuries. He was transported to a local hospital where he later died. The driver remained on-scene and cooperated with the investigation; no charges have been filed.
