According to the complaint, he ran a red light at the intersection of 18th Ave. NW and 41 St. NW in northwest Rochester, striking the driver's side of another vehicle. The victim was found at the scene with visible facial swelling, bruising on her left knee, and complained of head, jaw, and knee pain.
