According to the complaint, he ran a red light at the intersection of 18th Ave. NW and 41 St. NW in northwest Rochester, striking the driver's side of another vehicle. The victim was found at the scene with visible facial swelling, bruising on her left knee, and complained of head, jaw, and knee pain. The suspect allegedly left the scene; police later located the pickup at the Gates of Rochester Apartment complex using an Automated License Plate Reader, and observed the odor of alcohol and that he stumbled exiting the vehicle.
