Hit And Run Rochester Minnesota in Rochester, Minnesota: A 35-year-old Texas man, identified as Valenzuela, is facing charges for an injury crash that occurred Tuesday night in Rochester, Minnesota. According to the complaint, his pickup truck ran a red light at the intersection of 18th Ave. NW and 41 St. NW, striking the driver's side of a vehicle traveling southbound on 18th Ave. NW with a green light. The victim was found at the scene with visible facial swelling, bruising on her left knee, and complained of head, jaw, and knee pain. Valenzuela allegedly left the scene; police later located the pickup at the Gates of Rochester Apartment complex using an Automated License Plate Reader, and observed signs of alcohol impairment including the odor of an alcoholic beverage and stumbling. A blood sample was sent to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension for testing.
