Dui Crash Visalia California in Visalia, California: On June 22, 2026, just before 6 pm, near the intersection of Avenue 184 and Road 64 southwest of Tulare, Oscar Lopez-Almeida, age 33, swerved his Honda Civic into the oncoming lane. The victim swerved to avoid a collision but was struck on the passenger side, killing his wife. Lopez-Almeida exited his vehicle and apologized.
