Pregnant woman attacked by loose dogs in Tacoma
Dog Bite Tacoma Washington in Tacoma, Washington: A pregnant woman was knocked to the ground and injured by two loose dogs—an American Pit Bull Terrier and an American Bully—in the 4000 block of Puget Sound Avenue in Tacoma on Thursday morning around 11:05 a.m. The dogs had approached the woman as she was walking to her car with her small dog and attempted to attack the smaller dog, knocking the woman down in the process. She was hospitalized in stable condition. Tacoma Animal Control secured and impounded the dogs, and the owner was located and is cooperating with police. The dogs will undergo a 10-day quarantine before a Dangerous Dog Investigation is conducted.
