The suspects fled in the victim's gray 2026 Honda Civic, leading to a police pursuit that ended at 2nd Street and Xenia Street. During a search, an officer in the 4000 block of Livingston Road fired his service weapon at a suspect who raised a rifle toward him; no injuries or damage were reported. A 13-year-old boy from southeast D.C. was arrested at 2:13 a.m. and charged with armed carjacking, reckless driving, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer.
