Shooting Brentwood Maryland in Brentwood, Maryland: Prince George's County Police Department Homicide Unit detectives identified and charged two teenagers in connection with a fatal shooting in the town of Brentwood. On June 12, 2026, at approximately 4:55 pm, officers responded to a shooting in the 3700 block of Shepherd Street and located the victim outside suffering from gunshot wounds; he died at the scene. The preliminary investigation revealed the suspects shot the victim in connection with an ongoing dispute, and the victim and suspects were known to each other. The PGPD Fugitive Unit took the two teenagers into custody, and they are being held by the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status.
