Passing attempt leads to deadly collision in Carroll County

Car Crash Carroll Ohio in Carroll, Ohio: A three-vehicle crash in Carroll County killed a 70-year-old Waynesburg man and injured others. Romano III, 31, of Malvern, attempted to pass a Ram 1500 on State Route 43 near milepost 25 in Brown Township and struck a Subaru Outback head-on. The Subaru driver, Meadows, 70, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Carroll County Coroner's Office, while his passenger Emily Meadows, 39, was transported to Aultman Hospital. The Ram 1500 driver, Cole Kneeper, 34, sustained minor injuries and was treated on scene by EMS.
