Car Crash Warren Ohio in Warren, Ohio: One person died and two others were injured after a crash in Warren County on Thursday morning. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 11:24 a.m. on US 22/3 at Middleboro Road in Salem Township. Investigators said the driver of a Toyota Camry was driving north on Middleboro Road and didn't yield to another car going west on US 22/3; the Camry was hit by the other car and both vehicles went off the road. A passenger in the Camry, 87-year-old Jerrold Rajewski, was flown to Miami Valley Hospital, where he died; the driver of the Camry had serious injuries and the driver of the Dodge Ram had non-life-threatening injuries. The crash remains under investigation by OSHP.
