One Killed, Three Injured in Eastland County Rollover Crash
Car Crash Texas Today in Texas: A 15-year-old passenger was killed and three others were seriously injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash at approximately 2:20 a.m. Thursday on State Highway 6 near mile marker 348 in Eastland County. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe was traveling eastbound when the 19-year-old driver, operating at an unsafe speed, failed to negotiate a curve. The 15-year-old passenger died at the scene; the 19-year-old driver was transported with serious injuries to Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth, and two other passengers, ages 16 and 14, were transported with serious injuries to Eastland Memorial Hospital. DPS reported the driver and two of the passengers were not wearing seat belts, and criminal charges may be filed upon completion of the investigation.
