Hit And Run East Hampton New York in East Hampton, New York: A driver of a BMW left the scene after crashing into a Honda parked on Newtown Lane in East Hampton Village. The Honda driver tried to stop her but was unsuccessful. She provided video to police, who tracked the woman down and cited her for leaving the scene of an accident. Separately, a bicycle taken from outside the I.G.A. in Amagansett was recovered by police about an hour later near Old Montauk Highway in Montauk, and the owner declined to press charges.
