Vehicle Fire Franklin Township New Jersey in Franklin Township, New Jersey: An early-morning garbage truck fire caused traffic delays on I-287 in Franklin Township on Thursday. New Jersey State Police were called to the area around 4:38 a.m. and found the garbage truck fully engulfed in flames. Police said there were no reported injuries as a result of the fire, and the incident remains under investigation.
