Bus Crash Southport Connecticut in Southport, Connecticut: A disorderly person died at the Southport Metro-North Railroad station after a confrontation inside a train. The person climbed between the second and third car of the train and came into contact with an electrified overhead catenary wire. MTA officers and Fairfield Fire Department emergency personnel determined the person died at the scene. The station was temporarily closed and later reopened with service resuming along the New Haven Line.
