Vehicle Fire Franklin Township New Jersey in Franklin Township, New Jersey: An early-morning garbage truck fire caused traffic delays on I-287 in Franklin Township, New Jersey on Thursday around 4:38 a.m. New Jersey State Police troopers arrived to find the garbage truck fully engulfed in flames. Police said there were no reported injuries as a result of the fire, and the incident remains under investigation.
