Motorcycle rider killed in crash in Madera County

Motorcycle Crash North Fork California in North Fork, California: An 86-year-old North Fork man riding a 2014 Harley-Davidson northbound on Highway 41 in Madera County was killed in a crash on June 19. A 19-year-old Fresno man driving a 2011 Mercedes E350 northbound ahead of him moved onto the right shoulder to make a U-turn and collided with the rider, who was ejected. The rider was transported to Community Regional Medical Center with major injuries and later died. CHP does not suspect alcohol or drugs, and the crash remains under investigation.
