Man dies after SUV rolls into Kansas creek

Car Crash Kansas Today in Kansas: A 2025 Toyota Rav4 driven by Blake Ronald Turner, 79, of Aurora, Colorado, was westbound on Interstate 70 just west of Vera Road in Wabaunsee County when it traveled off the roadway to the left, continued through the center median, down an embankment, rolled, and came to rest submerged in a creek. Turner was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Forensic Medical. He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol. The incident occurred just before 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
