Pedestrian Hit Virginia Today in Virginia: A man accused of driving under the influence struck and killed a 16-year-old J.R. Tucker High School sophomore in a hit-and-run crash on West Broad Street in Henrico County in the early morning hours of May 23. The suspect, John Bruehl, was found passed out in his pickup truck at a Sheetz in the West End shortly after the crash. He is charged with hit-and-run and driving under the influence, and a Henrico County Circuit Court judge denied his bond request for the second time on Thursday.
