Man charged after boy injured in wreck
Motorcycle Crash Buckhannon Texas in Buckhannon, Texas: On June 16 at about 5:35 p.m., David Charles Blagg, 31, of Buckhannon, was riding a full-size motorcycle on Crescent Avenue with a 10-year-old boy on the vehicle. Witnesses told police Blagg allowed the juvenile to operate the throttle, which led to a crash that threw both occupants from the motorcycle. The boy suffered severe deep abrasions to his back, an abrasion to his face, and three broken ribs, and was transported to Ruby Memorial Trauma Center in Morgantown. Blagg retrieved the motorcycle and fled the scene, leaving the injured boy at the side of the road, and was later charged with child neglect with serious injury, leaving the scene of a serious injury, and altering registration, all felonies.
