Assault Austin Texas in Austin, Texas: A man was arrested and charged for allegedly breaking into three West Campus Co-op residences in the early morning of June 10, according to the Austin Police Department. The suspect, identified as Octavius Brown, entered the New Guild Co-op building on West 23rd Street through a partially open window, entered a resident's bedroom, and later was found masturbating in the kitchen. He then approached a resident's bed, claimed to have a gun, attempted to remove the victim's shirt, and began to strangle the victim, who escaped. Brown was arrested later that day and charged with three counts of Burglary of Habitation with intended sex offense.
