Hit And Run Beckley West Virginia in Beckley, West Virginia: A Beckley man is facing criminal charges after police say he took a vehicle without permission, crashed through a residential wooden fence, and abandoned the car in a homeowner's backyard. Officers responded on June 20 to a report of a vehicle that had left the roadway and come to rest in the backyard of a home. The homeowner discovered the unoccupied red Hyundai on her property after it crashed through the fence.
