Vehicle Fire Gilbert Area Asbill South Carolina in Gilbert area Asbill, South Carolina: A house fire occurred on Wednesday night, June 24, around 9:30 p.m. in the 700 block of Juniper Springs Road in the Gilbert area of Lexington County, South Carolina. Sherill Asbill, of Gilbert, was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy was scheduled at MUSC in Charleston.
