LCSO identifies victims of June 23 crash on U.S. Highway 60

Car Crash Kentucky Today in Kentucky: On June 23, 2026, 28-year-old Lindsey Trail of Ledbetter, Kentucky, was driving westbound on U.S. Highway 60 West in Livingston County when her vehicle crossed the center line and collided head-on with an eastbound vehicle driven by 61-year-old Timothy Buford. Buford died as a result of the collision. A 5-year-old male passenger in Trail's vehicle later died from injuries after being airlifted to an out-of-state hospital. Law enforcement worked to extricate minor passengers from Trail's burning vehicle. The collision remains under investigation.
