Kansas man dead following crash on Kansas Turnpike: KHP

Car Crash Kansas Today in Kansas: A 31-year-old Kansas man driving a Jeep westbound in the left lane of Interstate 70 on the Kansas Turnpike near mile marker 217 in Leavenworth County made an unsafe lane change into the right lane at approximately 1:15 a.m. Thursday, striking a Honda driven by 44-year-old Roberto Lemus. Lemus later died of his injuries. The Jeep driver had no apparent injury, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
