IL-15 closure caused by fatal crash in Cahokia Heights

Car Crash Cahokia Heights Alabama in Cahokia Heights, Alabama: A fatal crash occurred at the intersection of Illinois Route 157 and Illinois Route 15 in Cahokia Heights on Wednesday at approximately 11:41 a.m. The crash involved an SUV and a pickup truck towing a trailer. Six people were injured and transported to a hospital, including a man who was not conscious or breathing at the scene. A 66-year-old Monroe County man was pronounced dead in the emergency room of Memorial Hospital at 12:40 p.m. from blunt-force trauma. Illinois State Police's Traffic Crash Reconstruction Unit reconstructed the scene.
