Car Crash Bellview South Carolina in Bellview, South Carolina: On May 15, a 2016 Toyota SUV carrying Greenville Police Sgt. Ashley Munoz, 35, her wife Sgt. Diana Munoz, and her in-laws Maria Del Rosario Munoz, 62, and Arturo Leon Munoz, 64, collided head-on with a 2025 Ford SUV on Highway 101 near the Bellview Road extension in Spartanburg County. The occupants of the Ford, Deborah Sue Wyatt, 50, and Max Douglas Wyatt, 46, also died in the crash. Diana Munoz was the lone survivor and was still recovering from the accident. Five people were killed in the head-on collision, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
