The driver, Jasmine McFadden, 18, of Euclid, was arrested at the scene and charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, a second-degree felony; her father Kenneth McFadden, 61, initially claimed to be the driver but surveillance footage showed he was a front-seat passenger.
