Hit And Run Washington District Of Columbia in Washington, District of Columbia: Nolberto Meza, 46, a Hyattsville resident and food delivery driver, was riding a moped on Connecticut Avenue in Washington, D.C., on Saturday afternoon when U.S. Park Police were pursuing a stolen vehicle. The stolen vehicle crossed into the opposite lane of traffic on the Taft Bridge and struck Meza's moped, killing him. The driver of the stolen vehicle continued fleeing, struck another car, and came to a stop; three suspects fled on foot but were apprehended and arrested, with the driver charged with second-degree murder.
