Vehicle Fire Trainer Pennsylvania in Trainer, Pennsylvania: Monroe Energy, LLC reported a fire at its Trainer, PA refinery on Thursday. The fire was declared under control. One employee sustained non-life threatening injuries and there were no risks to the community.
