Federal agents arrest man wanted for domestic assault shoot…

Shooting Lebanon Kansas in Lebanon, Kansas: Khaleel Smith, 33, was arrested in Nashville on June 24 by U.S. Marshals and ATF agents for an alleged domestic assault shooting incident in Lebanon on the morning of June 8. Smith allegedly fired shots from the second-floor balcony of the Econo Lodge on South Cumberland Street. No one was injured, but the victim's car and a nearby Taco Bell were struck by bullets. Lebanon Police are also investigating a separate incident where Smith allegedly looked into the windows of a residence while armed on June 6.
