Motorcycle Crash Maryland Today in Maryland: A 70-year-old Millersville man died after he lost control of his motorcycle and was struck by a pickup truck. The motorcyclist was driving northbound on Veterans Highway near Brightview Drive around 3 p.m. Wednesday when he attempted to change lanes on uneven pavement, lost control of his 1982 Yamaha, and was thrown from it into the path of a Chevrolet pickup truck. He was taken to a hospital with serious injuries before being declared dead. Anne Arundel County Police said the Crash Reconstruction Team is investigating the crash.
