Motorcycle Crash Latham New York in Latham, New York: A 53-year-old Latham man died after crashing his motorcycle into a guardrail in Albany. Albany police responded around 6:40 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, to a one-vehicle motorcycle crash on Route 9 north of Northern Boulevard. The rider, David Gonzalez, a former Albany County prosecutor, was found unresponsive with serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said he was riding north on Route 9 when he lost control and was thrown into the guardrail.
