Fatal 3-vehicle crash leaves 1 dead, 3 injured in Ohio
Car Crash Carroll Ohio in Carroll, Ohio: A three-vehicle crash occurred around 4:56 p.m. on State Route 43 near milepost 25 in Brown Township, Carroll County, Ohio. The driver of a Subaru, 70-year-old Lee D. Meadows of Waynesburg, Ohio, was pronounced dead at the scene. A Subaru passenger, 39-year-old Emily N. Meadows of Malvern, Ohio, was transported by ambulance to Aultman Hospital. The driver of a Ram, 34-year-old Cole Kneeper of Malvern, suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene, while the driver of a Volkswagen, 31-year-old Ronald R. Romano III of Malvern, suffered serious injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital after being ejected from the vehicle. The Ohio State Highway Patrol said speed is believed to be a factor in the crash, which remains under investigation.
