Family sues Edgar Co. after fatal crosswalk crash in Paris
Pedestrian Hit Paris Illinois in Paris, Illinois: A 67-year-old Paris, Illinois woman, Teresa Bradley, was struck by an Edgar County dump truck driven by Dawson Watson at a marked crosswalk around 2:30 p.m. while she had a walk signal. She hit her head on the pavement and died from her injuries the following day. Watson was not hurt and was cited at the scene for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk. The family is suing Edgar County and the driver.
