Driver on the run, one person hospitalized after major crash

Hit And Run San Antonio Texas in San Antonio, Texas: Two vehicles crashed around 1:35 p.m. near the access road of I-10 and Fresno in San Antonio, Texas. The driver of one vehicle fled the scene before police arrived. The other driver, a 24-year-old woman, was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
