Semi Truck Crash South Charleston West Virginia in South Charleston, West Virginia: Jeffrey Simons, 63, of Wellsburg, Iowa, died in a fiery semi-truck crash on Interstate 84 west in South Charleston, West Virginia earlier in the week. According to police, Simons lost control of his tractor-trailer, causing it to crash and catch fire. Bystanders pulled his dog, Hennessy, from the burning cab, and the dog was taken to the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association.
