Robbery Tampa Florida in Tampa, Florida: Detroit Lions cornerback Terrion Arnold turned himself in to the Tampa Police Department on Wednesday and was charged with four counts of kidnapping and four counts of armed robbery. Police say Arnold was the 'primary conspirator' in a February plot in which three men were lured to an apartment, held hostage, beaten, and robbed at gunpoint. Six other people have already been charged in the alleged plot, which stemmed from thefts of cash, handbags, and jewelry worth hundreds of thousands of dollars at an Airbnb Arnold was renting, according to Hillsborough County court documents.
